The Toucan is a simple T-tape device that grips onto the fastening area while using a push plate and push rod. Made with upgraded quality alligator clips and nylon twine.

To apply, use a fully threaded rod with push plate and loop onto a wingnut. Fold the T-tape in an X shape so that both clips can grip onto the fastening area equally. This combination is a cheaper dual tension design. Can also be a DIY project.

Can also use with the packing tubes. Use a 3/4" binder clip instead of a wing nut. This combination is useful if you don't want to use absorbent material at all.

Alligator clip loop, binder clips, and a wing nut are included.
