Can hold a static twist into the skin(Twist Directional). There is a warning for twist tension: only utilize while standing up and in control if need to remove suddenly. Twist tension is unique from Bi Directional / Dual Tension.

It also does dual tension T-tape. The rod lengthens by twisting the socket tool. Free spins on a bearing housed in the O-zone's bearing seat. As you progress in skin growth, use longer rods. Useful when tugging further down the shaft skin or as I call it, POD Point of Distance. The distance it takes to tape away from POE. See video tutorial guide for more instruction how the device works.

Can use DTR style push plates, but I recommend my own for max versatility.

Uses 1/4-20 stainless rods secured with a jam nut. It's also possible to use packing tubes with it(attachment required).

Comes with one 4" rod. Extra rods can be found under accessories.

This second section describes how to use the Phalarope to measure growth rate progress:

It's important to use same amount of adhesive width on the T-tape. T-tape applied at scar line(important). And also to use the same distance for the O-ring line (the distance from the O-ring line to the edge of adhesive strip). The adhesive strip can be trimmed for more accuracy.

The basics is to twist the socket up the rod till you notice you can't press the socket in anymore. Twist and check how much further it needs to go. Once you reach peak extension, count the number of threads to reach the top of the rod. Lesser number of thread count means you are progressing, keep at it. Don't forget to share your method if you keep progressing and hit CI-10!

Every thread measures 1/20th of an inch. To help count the threads, use a guitar pick.
