Used between the Phalarope and Phoenix.

Worded instructions for air inflation(minimal): Larger groove holds onto the T-tape fastening area. Smaller groove seals the air from the condom. To seal the air, first wrap the black rubber band three times around the condom at the small groove(plus or minus 1 wrap if got a smaller or larger size). Then put an o-ring around the same small groove. Next, the T-tape fastening area covers the larger groove and the second o-ring is placed onto it. Adjust fastening area to match o-ring line on the T-tape. Place a wide band over the o-ring at the larger groove. Shouldn't need two wide bands like I do in the video, just one. All set and ready to inflate. Might have to read this a couple times or watch the video. 

Use the included egg plug to help seal the air inside the silicone tube of the Phoenix device with wooden pack rod.
